If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

📦 Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.

🔁 Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please contact us at kandhpromotions@gmail.com.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
